We Together Us: Free Beach Workout

Every Monday, 7 am, Cottesloe Beach, by the groyne.


Start your week with a 20-minute bodyweight High Intensity workout that’s as adaptable as you need it to be—push hard or take it slow. No music, no fluff—just the sound of waves, your breath, and the company of others moving with purpose.

Afterwards, take a refreshing dip in the ocean or grab a coffee with the group. Stay for the chat—or head straight into your day.


What to Expect

  • Community-Driven: Open to everyone—clients, friends, or anyone curious.

  • Rain or Shine: I’ll be there, whether it’s just me or a crowd.


This practice grew from my time working in Private Rehab centres working with first responders, veterans, and creatives navigating life’s pressures. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about resilience and connection—a silent morning circuit where we push through together, offering up the effort for something or someone meaningful.

And don’t think grit has a specific look. Some of my most badass clients are middle-aged women. Fitness level, gender—none of it matters. Grit comes in all forms.

For creatives and entrepreneurs, isolation can creep in. This is your chance to reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with others on a similar path. There’s something powerful about starting your week with a winnable challenge, and this is your invitation to join. Afterwards, we generally head for a coffee at Old Buoy or Il Lido, and you can have a chat with me for as long as you need.

Optional: Arrive early for a glassy swim at Scott Beach behind the nets—a perfect way to start strong and hit the ground running.
