1:1 COACHING

  • 1:1 coaching is at the heart of what I do. As a qualified psychotherapist and creative, I’m here to guide you through every aspect of your journey—practical, emotional, and transcendent.

This process blends the nuts and bolts of creation with its deeper, intangible dimensions. If you’re ready to embrace both, we’ll dive in. I won’t shy away from the hard stuff, but I’ll also celebrate your wins, encourage you, and challenge you to bring your creativity into the world.

Each session is an adventure—thought-provoking, deeply personal, and surprisingly joyful. You may even find your mental health and overall abundance improving along the way.

My goal is to champion your artistry, hold you accountable, and eventually make myself obsolete as you step fully into your creative power. If you’re ready, book a clarity call—I’m all in if you are too.

  • I work with a diverse range of people united by a shared desire to unlock their creative potential:

    1. Frustrated Creatives: You’re all-in on your craft but struggle to make it financially sustainable.

    2. Established Creatives: Your craft pays the bills, but you’re stuck working in it, not on it, and ready to level up.

    3. Successful Creatives: You've "made it," but authenticity has slipped away. It’s time to rediscover your creative soul.

    4. Creative Entrepreneurs: You’re seeking to align financial success with meaningful, impactful work beyond corporate metrics.

    5. "Pre-atives" (Creatives in Waiting): You’re using your current career to fund future creativity, planning sabbaticals, early retirement, or simply making space to pursue what truly matters.

    6. Everyday People: You’ve lost touch with your creative spark but deeply miss it.

Whether it’s a half-finished novel, an untouched box of paints, a startup idea, or a shadow career that feels uninspired, I’ve helped people just like you take bold, imperfect steps toward a more creative life.

The barriers vary—fear, doubt, lack of time—but the solution lies in embracing possibility. Maybe it’s using long service leave for a writer’s retreat instead of a typical holiday, or restructuring your life to win back time for what you love. These choices are closer than they seem, and I’m here to help you make them.

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and I’d love to help you reconnect with the creative core of who you are.

      • Subscription-based or project-based pricing, starting from $100 AUD/month

    4. Pay It Forward Program:

      • For clients in a position to give back, this allows them to subsidize access for others. It’s a way to honor the support they've received and create opportunities for those just starting.

While I don’t offer clinical rebates, the returns—financial, emotional, and creative—are tangible. Many clients find that the clarity and results they gain far outweigh the investment.

  • The only way to start working with me is through a Clarity Call or an in-person meeting—like catching up after a beach workout (see below). I find that real conversations, free from screens, help us connect authentically and cut through the noise. they are more expedient and no one lies on thier deathbed wishing they had looked at more screens.

There’s no pressure—this is about finding the right fit. You’ll be interviewing me as much as I’m interviewing you, and if I’m not the right person for your journey, I’ll help guide you to someone who is. Either way, you’ll walk away with a clearer sense of your next step.

Take the first step—book your call. It could change everything.

IMMERSIVE RETREATS

  • Immersive retreats are transformative, high-impact experiences set in iconic destinations, designed to help you fully immerse yourself in the creative work we’ve been building together. These short, intensive stays bring together fellow creatives for breakthrough moments that can redefine your journey.

Having worked internationally in private residential retreats, I bring that level of excellence to these experiences. The ethos is simple: high performance, high care. These retreats are crafted to both nurture and challenge, pamper and push—balancing deep work with moments of joy, connection, and celebration. There’s no rule against adding a touch of taste, class, and glamour either—life can get a bit dreary for us creatives! Let’s celebrate life while untangling those creative knots.

Above all, these retreats are imbued with spirit, joie de vivre, and a healthy dose of craic. I absolutely love sharing this space with creatives—it’s life-affirming, energising, and an unforgettable experience.

  • Retreats are where the magic happens. These immersive, transformative experiences take you out of your everyday and into an inspiring, supportive environment designed to unlock your creativity and light you up.

Let’s be real—being creative can feel isolating. It’s easy to get stuck in your head, thinking you have to figure everything out on your own. But here’s the truth: you’re not an island. Sometimes, though, I might need to take you to one to show you that! These retreats are all about connection—finding your people, being seen, and creating in a way that feels authentic and energising.

You don’t need to be working with me already to join a retreat. They’re open to everyone, from frustrated creatives looking for a spark, to seasoned pros sharpening their focus, to those quietly wondering if there’s more to life than what they’re currently doing. Whether you’re just starting or in the thick of it, these retreats are designed to meet you where you are and help you take the next step.

    These are for:

    • Creatives who feel stuck and want fresh inspiration.

    • People ready to reconnect with the part of themselves that feels alive and creative.

    • Entrepreneurs navigating big, messy challenges.

    • Anyone who’s felt like they’ve lost their spark and is ready to find it again.

I team up with incredible coaches, clinicians, and professionals to create an experience that’s equal parts nurturing and challenging. It’s deep work but also joyful, energising, and full of those “aha!” moments. Pairing retreats with ongoing coaching can create amazing momentum—it’s like a slingshot for your creativity.

If you’ve been feeling a little stuck, or like you’re out there doing it all alone, this could be exactly what you need. You’ll walk away feeling clearer, lighter, and more ready than ever to take on what’s next.

Got questions? Reach out—I’d love to chat!

  • The only way to join my retreats or coaching programs is through a Clarity Call. This isn’t about casting a wide net—it’s about carefully curating a group dynamic that fosters trust, creativity, and transformative breakthroughs.

We’ll chat over the phone, and if needed, I’m happy to shout you a coffee at Old Buoy or il Lido after my morning swim. This call is your chance to get a feel for my approach, and for me to ensure the retreat is the right fit for you.

It’s a boutique process for a reason: the right people create the right energy. If we’re not a match, I’ll help guide you to someone or something better suited to your needs. Either way, you’ll leave with clarity and a plan.

BEACH WORKOUTS

  • Every Monday, 7 am at Cottesloe Beach, Perth.

A 20-minute bodyweight HIIT workout for all fitness levels—push hard or take it easy. Every session is different, and designed to adapt to your pace.

We move in noble silence—no music, no distractions—just the sound of the waves and your breath. Afterwards, take a dip in the ocean and grab coffee andhave a chat with the group if you like.

It’s free, always will be, and a simple way to start your week strong. Move your body, connect with nature, and get back to what matters.

  • This is for everyone—current clients, prospective clients, friends, family, or whoever feels the call. Rain or shine, whether it’s just me or a group, I’ll be there.

This workout habit comes from my time working with first responders, heavily traumatised individuals like veterans and marines, and my own sports background. It’s simple but profound: a silent circuit where everyone finishes together. I call it the We Together Us workout.

Creatives, especially those in startups, solo projects, or small teams, can often feel isolated. While they may reject corporate fluff, they deeply miss the camaraderie and community. This workout is a way to bridge that gap. It’s also an opportunity to “offer up the pain.” Push yourself to your limit—or take it easy—but if it hurts, you can dedicate that effort to someone else.

This idea stems from first responders working out to honour fallen comrades, support groups reading names of survivors, and my own practice of remembering those I’ve lost personally and professionally. It is heavy, but it’s deeply meaningful. And not long after, you’re back in the sunshine, coffee in hand, feeling alive in an iconic location.

This is an essential skill for artists—learning to go deeply inward and then switch seamlessly back into normal life. Starting your week with something hard builds resilience and sets the tone. Community is everything. Sharp elbows, bigger hearts.

And don’t think grit has a specific look. Some of my most badass clients are middle-aged women. Fitness level, gender—none of it matters. Grit comes in all forms.

    Let’s get amongst it.

  • It’s free—and always will be.

Embodiment is essential for creators. No excuses, no barriers - just real-life community.

  • Rock up. Don’t overthink it—just take this next step in your creative journey. Se you on the beach.
